TICKET ORDER
 
How do I order tickets?
Tickets are available either by telephone (02742-25 8060-37), by email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or directly from the organiser's office (Landhaus Boulevard Top 21. 3100 St. Pölten, Mon-Thu from 08:30 to 17:00 and Fri from 08:30 to 14:00, excluding public holidays). On the day of the event there will be a box office at the entry to the event venue. Tickets are also available online via Oeticket (www.oeticket.com) and at all Oeticket booking counters.
 
Which payment options are available for my tickets?
If you purchase online via Oeticket, you can pay by credit card, online banking, PayPal or Klarna. If you purchase via the organiser, payment in advance by bank transfer or payment in cash is possible. Only cash payment is possible at the box office.
 
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets are available from Oeticket via print@home or by post. At Oeticket ticket points you receive the ticket directly on site. If you purchase tickets via the organiser, you can either collect them from the office or receive them by post or e-mail via print@home.
 
What is print@home?
Once your payment has been received, you will receive your tickets by e-mail and you can print them out yourselves at home. If you do not have a printer, you can also show your ticket on your mobile phone at the entrance.
 
How much is the shipping of my tickets?
For purchases via Oeticket, standard shipping within Austria is €6.95. For purchases via the organiser, standard shipping within Austria is €5.
 
When will I receive my ordered tickets after payment?
The tickets are shipped as soon as your payment has been received. You receive the tickets by e-mail on the same day. By post, depending on the destination address, shipping within Austria takes approx. three working days.
 
Are the tickets personalised?
No, the tickets are not personalised. However, the commercial resale of tickets is prohibited. Please ensure that you only purchase tickets from official booking points.
 
Is the concert suitable for children?
The decision whether a classical concert is suitable for children or not is the responsibility of the person with parental responsibility. In principle, children aged 6 and over are permitted to attend concerts if accompanied by a parent or guardian. 14-18 years: concert attendance possible until midnight without a guardian.

DISCOUNTS
 
What discounts are available?
As a member of Ö1 or ÖAMTC we grant you -10% or -20% discount on the normal ticket price. Please state your club number when purchasing tickets. The discount is granted for two tickets per customer number. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined!
 
Are there any discounts for wheelchair users?
For wheelchair users and the accompanying person, we offer seats in all categories with a 50% discount. Promotions and discounts are not cumulative!

EVENT VENUE
 
When can I enter the event venue on the day of the concert?
Admission to the event venue is from 17:30.
 
How long is the concert?
The concert starts at 20:30 and ends at around 23:30.
 
Will there be a break?
Yes, there is an approx. 30-minute break from approx. 21:20 to 21:50.
 
Can I bring my dog to the concert?
Unfortunately, that is not possible.
 
Is it possible to eat and drink something on site?
Yes, you can buy wines, drinks and cold food at the event area from 17:30.
 
Are there wheelchair seats and seats for accompanying persons?
Yes, wheelchair seats are available in all price categories and are located at the sides, each with a seat for an accompanying person. To book our wheelchair seats, please contact us directly via +432442-25 80 60-37.
 
What should I wear to the concert?
Klassik in den Alpen is an open-air event and we therefore recommend appropriate clothing. In case of uncertain weather conditions, a decision on whether the performance will take place or not can only be made on site and immediately before the performance. The regulations in case of bad weather can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
 
Are the seats under a roof?
The seats are not under a roof. Please bring appropriate weatherproof clothing. Umbrellas are not allowed on the concert site and must be handed in at the entrance.

Are rain covers and blankets available on site?
Free rain protection will be handed out if required, blankets can be purchased on site.

What happens if it rains?
The concert will take place in any weather. A meteorologist will be on site during the event to monitor the weather conditions. If the conditions allow it for artists and spectators and safety is still guaranteed, the concert will continue. Should the conditions become unacceptable and even dangerous, a decision will be made on whether and when to continue. The bad weather regulations can be found in our general terms and conditions.

The weather forecast predicts bad weather - should I still come?
It is decided on site whether the performance can take place or not. As the weather cannot be predicted 100%, even by our experts, it will only be decided on site and immediately before the performance begins whether the performance will take place or not. Please check the current weather situation on our website on the day of the event. You can find the bad weather regulations in our general terms and conditions.
 
What happens to my tickets if the performance has to be cancelled?
In the event of cancellation or early cancellation within the first half of the performance time or up to 50 minutes after the start of the concert, the ticket price will be refunded. Cancellations can only be made by the organiser. If the event is cancelled after half of the concert time or after 50 minutes, the performance will be cancelled without refund of the ticket price. In the event of cancellation or early cancellation of the event within the first half of the performance time or up to 50 minutes after the start of the concert, the ticket can be refunded within two months of the event date after announcement by the organiser and at the point of sale where the ticket was purchased. After that, claims are excluded. The ticket price itself will be refunded, but no expenses of any kind (such as hotel, travel costs, agency, system and processing fees). Programme and dates are subject to change and are not a reason for a refund. For organisational reasons, no refunds can be made at the box office. Tickets purchased at the box office will be refunded directly by the organiser.

Is there an alternative venue in case of bad weather?
No, there is no alternative venue.
 
Where can I take shelter if it rains?
In the event of bad weather, please follow the instructions of the security staff and the emergency organisations.

I am travelling by car - how do I get to the event site?

Where can I park my car?
There are plenty of parking spaces in Kitzbühel. Please use one of the car parks (e.g. Parkplatz Hahnenkamm, Parkplatz Hornbahn, Parkplatz Ganslern, Parkplatz Kellerwiese).

Are there car parking spaces for handicapped people?
Yes, here you can park with a valid permit.

Is there a separate car park for guests with a wheelchair?
Yes, please contact us to purchase your tickets by calling 02742|25 80 60 37. We will inform you about parking and seating.

Can I arrive with my motorhome?
Yes, there are several campsites in the area around Kitzbühel.
 
Where can I get a parking permit for the Pfarrau car park?
Car park tickets are only available with the purchase of a VIP ticket. Information on VIP tickets can be found here.

REFUND

Is it possible to return already purchased tickets?
Unfortunately, that is not possible.

Is it possible for someone else to attend the concert instead of me?
Yes, that is possible.
